We understand that buying things online sometimes does not go as planned. Something Else gladly accepts returns for store credit, or exchange only. We can only accept unworn items with original tags attached within 21 days from your original purchase date.
- If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- After we receive your return, please allow 2-3 days for your return to be processed.
- Once your return has been processed, a store credit will be issued to you via email.
- Please note that Something Else ONLY offers store credit for returns, or exchanges.
- All Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales are FINAL sale! No exceptions.
- All holiday apparel is FINAL sale! (July 4th, St. Patty's, Valentine's, Christmas, etc.)
- We DO NOT except returns on jewelry or any other accessories.
HOW TO RETURN
- First, please forward your order confirmation email to email@example.com and add the following information to the email:
- The name of the item(s) you are exchanging/returning
- Whether you will be exchanging or returning
- If you are exchanging, what item(s), size(s), etc. would you like in place of your current item?
- We will then respond to your email within 1-3 business days, as soon as you get a response from us please ship your item(s) to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an order. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Once we receive your return please allow us 2-3 days to process, you will then receive your store credit via email or an exchange confirmation.
